A shift in careers have brought Jacob to Ray White One Group. Previously spending 10 years in customer service before deciding to join ADF as a driver specialist in the Army, Jacob learnt a lot of skills and after having driven all around Australia through the ADF – decided to try the role in civilian life including interstate truck driving. Finding that he wanted to be at home more with family has lead Jacob to where he is now – the Springfield Lakes Property Management team.

Using the life skills from previous jobs – in this new role he is able to achieve daily success for our customers and the team whilst achieving personal success to develop further career opportunities.
