Born and raised in Harare, Zimbabwe, Wayne moved to Australia in 2018 with his parents and two siblings. His parents made significant sacrifices to provide the family with better opportunities, a move that has shaped Wayne’s determination and drive. After spending a few months in Melbourne, Wayne settled in Brisbane, where he completed his high school education and began carving out his path in the real estate industry  

Wayne’s enthusiasm for his new role is palpable. “I’m excited about getting the opportunity to be part of an amazing team that is growing a lot. I also love the energy of the office and my colleagues around me,” Wayne shares. His passion for real estate, combined with the vibrant environment at Ray White Warner, positions him for success as he embarks on this new chapter.

Kristen Klaus, Wayne’s lead agent, is equally excited about his potential. “I’m excited because he’s got amazing potential. The industry needs more genuine sales agents like him, and I can’t wait to help him grow into the agent he wants to be. He has drive, discipline, and a willingness to learn and knows that the hard work will pay off as he continues to cement his position in the industry,” Kristen remarks.

Wayne’s goals in real estate are both ambitious and inspiring. He is committed to helping as many families as possible find their dream homes, aspiring to become a lead sales agent working with a strong team. Ultimately, Wayne dreams of becoming the first Zimbabwean Auctioneer for Ray White, a goal that speaks to his dedication and vision for his future in the industry.
