As group operations manager, Michelle brings a lively personality to her role of support to all agents & staff.

British by heritage, Michelle has been with the group for over 18 years in a variety of support roles and knows the company inside and out now forming a key role in the management team.  She is a wealth of knowledge and a general go to person for any queries.

Michelle is responsible for all company projects, the administration staff throughout our offices as well as being the assistant to the Group CEO, Director of Sales and is the first point of contract for any staffing issues/enquiries.
