I began my career in the Financial Services Industry in 2018, starting as a Customer Service Advisor at St George and a Customer Relationship Specialist at the Bank of Queensland. Here, I developed strong relationships with customers, especially around home lending, consistently exceeding home loan KPIs.
Adopting an unorthodox approach, I delved into credit to gain a lender’s perspective, working as a Credit Analyst at LoanU, where I assessed and made credit decisions on auto loan applications. My journey continued at Connective Home Loans, where I expanded my credit knowledge as a Business Development Manager, managing a broker portfolio both state-wide and nationally for our five white-label lenders.
I actively manage and expand my client portfolio, staying informed about market trends and nurturing relationships with real estate professionals. My educational background includes a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and I am completing a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Additionally, I am pursuing a Financial Accounting Certificate at Harvard Business School Online, focusing on strategic financial decision-making. I have been recognized as one of the Top 25 AFG Brokers in Queensland (March 2024) and have received Coronis’s Quarterly Award for “Mortgage Broker Increased Performance of The Quarter” twice.
Originally from Canada, I moved to Australia in 2017 with my husband, a Finance Professor at QUT, and our two daughters. Family is the cornerstone of my life, and I cherish strong family values, good health, and community responsibility. It is my privilege to help families in my community achieve their financial goals, and my clients’ trust means everything to me.
